What you'll get with Embla
Your own coach
Get matched with a trained health coach for 1:1 support on habits, nutrition, sleep, and more.
A personalized plan
Build routines that feel natural — not restrictive — with guidance tailored to your goals and lifestyle.
GLP-1 medication
GLP-1s (like Ozempic) may be prescribed if appropriate, always at the lowest effective dose and with a plan to taper.
Long-term support
We'll teach you the tools to keep your results for life, and without medication.
What makes Embla different?
Other programs often rely on medication alone or push short-term fixes. Embla combines behavior change with responsible medication use to help you achieve results that stick.

Healthy habits come first
Coaching is the core. You’ll get real human support to help build and stick with habits that fit your real life.

GLP-1s, if it's right for you
Not everyone needs it. If you do, GLP-1s are prescribed carefully — at the lowest effective dose, with medical monitoring.

Whole-person health
You’ll feel the change everywhere. Lower blood pressure. Better sleep. Stronger mental health. And the energy to do what matters most.

A plan to taper
Most members eventually step down from meds — and keep the results. We guide you off the medication in the safest way possible, helping you avoid weight regain.
Results that make a difference
Embla isn’t about quick fixes. It’s about helping you feel better, lose weight safely, and keep the results for the long term.
Lose 16.7% of your
weight in 12 months
On average, members lose nearly one-sixth of their body weight in the first year.
8 out of 10 taper
off medication
Most people step down successfully — and keep the weight off without relying on meds.
Fewer side
effects
Because doses are lower and safer, you avoid the discomfort of high-dose GLP-1s.
Better whole-health outcomes
Members report improved energy, sleep, blood pressure, and overall wellbeing.
